"Spoke with Max at Ryan's office and he reached out to the claims department on my behalf. I'd filed a claim 10 days prior and hadn't received any follow-up. Within a half-hour, I received a call from claims notifying me what they needed. Soon after receiving my information, I heard from an adjuster who completed my claim and my reimbursement was in my checking account the next morning. Can't thank Max enough. His intervention made all the difference!"
